What does the full design project include?
The style and colour palette, space planning, furniture and lighting plans, material selection, 3D visualisations and the technical drawings the build needs. Every stage comes together in one detailed project.
How long does a design project take?
It depends on the area and the scope: 50–80 m² takes about 1–1.5 months, 80–150 m² about 1.5–2 months, and 150–250 m² about 2–3 months. Above 250 m² the timeline is agreed individually. Design supervision is not part of this timeline.
What does the price depend on?
The fee is set per square metre and depends on the area, how complex the project is and which services you choose. The exact figure is settled in the first conversation.
Does BOA build the space?
No. BOA prepares the design project and the client runs the renovation. During the build you can add design supervision: regular site visits, explaining the drawings to the builders and checking the work.
