The price of interior design is the question we are asked most. The short answer: at BOA, full interior design starts from 50 ₾ per square metre. Below is what that pays for, what the price depends on, and how to work out the figure for your own apartment.
What are you paying for per square metre?
The full design project covers every stage for the whole apartment and comes together as one detailed project your builders work from. The work grows with the area, so the price is set by area too. The project includes:
- Style and colour palette
- Space planning
- Furniture and lighting plan
- Material selection
- 3D visualisation
- Technical drawings
Construction, buying materials and managing the site are not included. BOA makes the documentation; you build.
What does the price depend on?
Three things: the area, how complex the project is, and which services you choose. 50 ₾ is the starting rate. The five most recent projects, 60–80 m² apartments, an office and a café, came to between 3 000 and 4 000 ₾, or 50–57 ₾ per square metre.
What do single services cost?
If you don't need the full package, services can be ordered on their own. 3D visualisation starts from 35 ₾ per square metre and is already part of full design. Space planning, electrical and plumbing points and design supervision each start from 15 ₾ per square metre. A consultation is free. See every price together on the services page.
How do I work out the price for my apartment?
Multiply the area by 50 for the starting price: from 3 000 ₾ for 60 m², from 4 000 ₾ for 80 m², from 6 000 ₾ for 120 m². The price calculator shows a range based on recent projects. It is an estimate, not a quote: the final figure is set after we measure the space and talk it through.
