Documentation or turnkey: what are you actually buying?

BOA sells drawings, not construction. What the studio does, what the crew does, and who this model suits.

Living and dining area in the Lisi apartment: an olive sofa, a dark timber table and tall windows

In a turnkey renovation, one company designs and builds. BOA works differently: we make the design documentation, and you or your own crew carry out the build.

What does the studio do?

We measure the space, develop the concept and draw everything the build needs: the layout, the furniture plan, electrics, plumbing and 3D visualisation. We hand over print-ready drawings. We don't build, don't manage the site and don't buy materials.

What does the crew do?

It builds from the drawings. Because every dimension and point is on paper, the builders don't have to make decisions on site; they carry out what was planned. If you want us there too, there is design supervision: periodic visits while the work is built.

Who is this model for?

People who want to keep control of the budget and the builders. With one set of drawings you can compare quotes from several crews, because all of them price the same work. See what the result looks like in the projects.
